Miss Emily learnt her trade here in Melbourne studying at Marjorie Milner College. Emily began her flower life at Southern Cross Flowers specializing in corporate accounts; she finished her apprenticeship at Fawkner flowers mastering the craft of funeral tributes and wedding flowers. After studying Emily travelled abroad settling in London for two years after landing a position at In water flowers where she polished her stylized corporate work and specialised in special events like movie premiers; weddings held in dreamy venues and elaborate parties. On returning to Melbourne Miss Emily worked for Flowers Vassette, The Style Co, Native Bloom and Mickey Loves Jacquie Letter press Designs while starting Miss Emily floral Designs to pursue her love of design for wedding work.
Our Pastry team learnt their Patisserie trade here in Melbourne and overseas, and have over 10 years experience.
These fine ladies have trained with famous French pastry chefs while working at Melbourne renowned Brunetti’s, the Crown Casino and Zumbo’s polishing their skills in cake making and decorating, as well as chocolate craft, wedding decorative work and novelty cakes.
Our team is passionate and dedicate to producing individual handmade cakes with quality ingredients that not only look beautiful but taste delicious.
After the event of 2020 We have decided that Now is the time to realise our dream and move to Tasmania!
